7 3 Fuel Pump Leak

I looked under the hood and there is fuel laying under the turbo.

7 3 fuel pump leak. Truck idles smooths out as soon as i p. It has a k n airfilter and thats it. Could it be possible the fuel pump is leaking. 97 f350 7 3 powerstroke fuel pump leak.

Everything from the turbo hoses to the oil. I have noticed that my first tank in the front tank of fuel and i am at 1 4 tank and have about 140 miles on. Put new rings on it and still a leak. How to repair or replace the water drain valve on the 7 3 powerstroke.
