Aeropress Or Moka Pot Reddit
I d love to have some espresso like coffee.
Aeropress or moka pot reddit. Moka pots are humble coffee machines. Espresso based drinks are your jam. I say get both they both are dirt cheap compared to high end coffee makers and espresso machines. It s been around since the 1930s.
From what i read on. Aeropresses create a much smoother concentrate than moka pots as well as takes under 5 minutes including bringing the water to boil. The aeropress is more forgiving as a coffee brewer than moka pots. You can even occasionally be spotted with your pinky out while holding one of those tiny cups.
Moka pot does not require a filter too. I want to make iced white mocha at home and is wondering if i should get an aeropress or moka pot for that. That s not much to pay at all in. Love my aeropress and my bialetti.

I own the moka pot and french press right now. I found if you heat the water too fast it doesn t taste right as it passes through the grounds too quickly. It can be had for just a little more than my weekly coffee bill. I also own a chemex pour over coffee maker but the aeropress is going to be the next thing i buy.
However they will not disappoint you because they can give you a strong and delicious cup of coffee anytime you need it. Yes the moka pot takes about 5 6 minutes to heat. I don t know how comfortable you are with controlling variables when brewing coffee but i usually get better tasting coffee more consistently with the aeropress than with a moka pot.
