There appears to be water leaking from the water cooler possibly forming a puddle on the floor beneath the cooler. Use the water in the container to water plants. The leak should stop when you re finished. This is also normal because tiny pieces of shaved ice stick in or around the ice chute.

As the ice melts it drips down in the dispenser area. You may also notice water dripping after dispensing crushed ice.
